FAST Treatment Program Services

Field’s Outpatient Addiction Services Treatment Program and its Intensive Outpatient T (IOT) treatment program includes but is not limited to the following activities: 

 

●      Substance abuse Assessments

●      Intake health screening, with referrals if needed

●      Individual counseling

●      Group counseling

●      Weekly family meetings

●      Substance abuse awareness education

●      Relapse prevention education and support

●      Urinalysis/drug testing

●      Crisis Intervention 12-step meeting on-site and referrals to local meetings

 

FAST Primary Focus: Clients will be provided with education awareness lessons to ensure they are adequately informed on the plethora of resources that are available for the overall mental health process. The FAST program is designed to empower each of the participants with counseling skills that prepares them with an avenue of relapse prevention techniques. Clients will learn the process of recovery, so that they are able to employ their recovery tool kit enabling them to declare ownership of the individualized recovery plan. The results of the ASAM during the initial admission of clients into the program will provide the counselor with an overall analysis of client’s severity of alcohol and drug use and the extent of their treatment needs and where they need to be placed. FAST believes is all clients who are provided with alcohol and or other drug services will improve as they begin the roadmap substance abuse free lifestyle when they are provided with a multitude of recovery options.

 

FAST case managers will provide their clients with the opportunity to make those recovery options available to them by their case managers. The social workers at FAST play an intricate part of the treatment process because of their background training in treating the social service orders and the entire family structure. Social workers will help to develop an in-depth treatment history and approach of dealing with the whole person. The social worker intent is to provide Incorporated a component of weekly and monthly Alcohol and Other Drug awareness discussion whereas classes will be facilitated by a professional with expertise in their prospective discipline.
