At FCYS, our mission is to create a safe and nurturing space tailored to the unique needs of boys and young men, aged 13-18, including those who identify as such, and their families. We offer a comprehensive range of services in a supportive, culturally sensitive environment, made possible through strong partnerships with various organizations.

Our PHILOSOPHY
FCYS is committed to culturally aware and sensitive partnership with our residents and their families. We strive to cultivate an environment in which our staff and programming emulate and respect the diversity and culture of our residents and families regarding race, ethnicity, national origin, language, gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, and or expression, spirituality, and cultural learning.
Fields Comprehensive Youth Services, Inc. believes that due to the trauma and special care that our residents require, a trauma healing and informed approach to treatment is necessary to assist their transition to futures they themselves design.
